Site Manager\n\nEast Midlands\n\n£35,000 - £45,000 + Car or Allowance + Package\n\nPlanned Maintenance, Kitchens + Bathrooms \n\nYou'll be joining a well-established, employee and family-owned company where 'the difference is our people'. Everyone's contribution is valued and they take immense pride in their working environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nCoordinating and clearly directing both directly employed site staff and contractors.\n\nPlanning and programming all site activities and coordinating labour.\n\nWorking closely with the Contracts/Project Manager to ensure work is progressing according to the programme with effective cost control.\n\nPromptly dealing with any issues and planning corrective actions.\n\nProving regular updates, attending and leading progress meetings and subcontractor meetings.\n\nMaintaining the Group's high quality and safety standards, working closely with our in-house Health, Safety and Environmental Team
