As one of the largest construction companies in the UK, they pride themselves on delivering top-quality projects and fostering career growth for their employees.\n\nThe Role:\n\nI am seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee heavy structural steel construction projects across the UK. The successful candidate will initially work on a significant steel refurbishment project in Essex.

This role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\n * Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.\n\n * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.\n\n * Conduct regular site inspections and audits.\n\n * Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation.\n\n * Provide leadership and support to the on-site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience in managing structural steel construction projects ().\n\n * SMSTS and other relevant qualifications.\n\n * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.\n\n * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Ability to travel nationwide and work on various project sites.\n\n * Valid UK driving license.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * Competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000.\n\n * Company car or car allowance.\n\n * Pension contribution.\n\n * 27 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.\n\n * Accommodation and expenses paid for.\n\n * Fantastic opportunities for career progression within one of the UK's largest construction companies
