My client is an established fit-out contractor based in the North West, working nationwide alongside independent business owners, commercial property companies, investors, architects and local authorities to create compelling workspaces.



Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to expand their team;



I am recruiting for a Site Man******r to control office fit-outs and industrial refurbishments on projects nationwide. The majority of projects will be based in the North West.



Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 & Pack****** (Car Allowance & travel costs)



The ideal candidate will come from a trade background and have a proven track record of delivering fit-out & refurbishment projects up to £1.5m. My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path.



Requirements:

- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid

- Driving License

- Contactable references

- Structured career history



Interviews are available next week and a start can be organised as soon as it suits both parties
