Demolition Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Demolition Site Supervisor for an upcoming project in Reading. This is a freelance position with an immediate start, overseeing the demolition of warehouse units with steel frames and concrete slabs.



Key Responsibilities:



* Oversee and man****** the demolition project from start to finish.



* Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to at all times.



* Coordinate with project man******rs, contractors, and the construction team to ensure timely completion of the project.



* Supervise and direct site operations and personnel, including subcontractors.



* Man****** and monitor project progress, adapting plans as necessary.



* Ensure the project complies with legal, environmental, and health and safety standards.



Requirements:



* Must possess a valid CCDO card.



* Proven experience as a Demolition Site Supervisor or in a similar role.



* Strong knowledge of demolition processes, including safety and environmental regulations.



* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.



* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.



* Familiarity with construction man******ment software is a plus.
