SUMMARY: The Site Operations Manager plans, organizes, and evaluates the daily operations of the health center. He/she supervises both the clinical and administrative support staff at their respective sites. Responsible for coordinating patient flow and facilitating resolution of MIS issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree . Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a health care setting required.

  • Computer literate

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques

  • Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be capable of exercising sound judgment when dealing with patients, staff and community at large

  • Ability to interface effectively with members of a culturally and professionally diverse staff and population

  • Must demonstrate strong multi-tasking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
