This approach has led to our ability to create distinguished, industry-leading projects that surpass all expectations.Responsibilities : Lead & oversee engineering projects at construction sites.Manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise on-site activities, serve as the primary point of contact between engineering office & construction siteDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, in collaboration with the project team Coordinate project activities.ensuring efficient use of resources & timely completion of milestones Implement project control mechanisms to monitor & report on project progress Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring they align with project specifications and timelines Supervise & manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, vendors Address & resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly ImplementEnforce quality control measures to ensure that work meets established standards & specs Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings & project requirementsEnsure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies & proceduresCollaborate with safety officers to identify and mitigate potential hazards on-siteAct as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress, changes, challenges Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing their concerns.Ensuring client satisfaction Monitor project expenditures against the budget, identifying & addressing any deviations Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.Prepare & submit regular project status reports to the engineering office & other stakeholders Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, as-built drawingsIdentify & address project issues promptly, collaborating with the engineering team to find effective solutions Mitigate risks & proactively manage changes to avoid delaysRequirements : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related experience: 7-10 yearsAvailability to work on site in Saudi ArabiaProven experience as a Project Manager in construction or engineering projectsOpenness to relocating to Saudi ArabiaStrong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, tools.Excellent leadership, communication skillsAbility to make decisions under pressure & solve problems effectively.Familiarity with construction safety standards & regulationsEnglish language
