Site Supervisor (Electrical/Electronic Projects)
About the role :As an Associate Engineer you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, site execution, planning and execution of electrical or electronics related projects along with leading a team of 4 to 5 team members.Role Responsibilities:Supervising daily work for O&M by Technician / Install Vendors.Execution of Daily planned Install and O&M activities.Provide technical Support to site team for technical issues.Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and client complains.Evaluating the performance of employees and organize trainings.Prepare daily, weekly, and Monthly reports.Coordinate and manage Contractor for resource and tools availability.Ensure all site execution must be done in compliance with Company safety standards.Manage and resolve all project installation and operational issues with the team and work closely with them to ensure completion of the task in defined timelines.Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set:Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrable ability to work in fast-paced, technical, cross functional environment.Team Oriented.
