Role Overview:


We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join OVO as a qualified Smart Energy Engineer. You’ll be working at customers' homes delivering a service we can be proud of and helping us achieve our mission of driving progress towards net zero carbon living.


Your key outcomes will be:


Deliver the highest possible level of customer satisfaction by becoming a brand ambassador.


Engage with customers on the benefits of smart meters.


Be responsible for the whole customer experience, ensuring you have the right materials stocked in your van.


Adapt working methods to install Smart metering systems in various customer environments.


Look for opportunities to work collaboratively with your peers.


Take ownership to work on your own initiative by regularly refreshing knowledge and skills.


Carry out risk assessments to ensure safety.


Preferable experience on RTS/MRMM/THTC.


Minimum Requirements:


Hold a CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 or Level 2 Smart Meter Diploma.


Have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Smart Energy Engineer / Dual Fuel Meter installer.


Hold a current full manual driving license (with up to 6 points).


Demonstrate key behaviours that align with our OVO values.


Are comfortable talking to & helping our customers in their home.


Are great at multitasking and handling your time to get things done.
