Now is the time to join the force. Roles & Responsibilities :Develop creative content in the form of questions/notes, write easy-to-understand solutions, review content created by freelancers/AI for UPSCCreation and Review of UPSC Notes for GS Paper 3(Science/Tech, environment, Disaster Management etc)Assisting UPSC faculties with free and paid contentEvaluating Mains Papers Submitted by StudentsAnalyze and research exam patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends of questions asked in UPSC exams.Work on user feedback collected from multiple channelsUnderstanding the student preparation cycle and making content for his best preparationCan use various tech tools with AI support like ChatGPT for content creation. What we are looking for :Must have written UPSC MainsMust have prior experience in content developmentAn enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in IndiaShould have a strong passion for education, and be willing to learn new thingsSelf-driven, creative, and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learningProven time management and organizational skillsGood interpersonal skills
