[SO] Senior Robotic Process Automation Officer (RPA)

Job Description Study and assess the business processes from the automation perspective and derive the automation roadmap. Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and configure automation workflows to streamline and optimize business processes. Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance. Maintain and update existing RPA solutions as needed. Design, develop, and test automation workflows. Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools. Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely resolutions. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA tools and digital solutions. Create documentation and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support. Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes). Recommend and implement digital solutions that align with business goals, including but not limited to cloud computing, IoT, Al, and data analytics. Qualifications Graduation: Computer science/IT/similar IT-related field Proficient in English Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere). Automation Anywhere experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and business acumen in order to manage internal and external stakeholder contacts. Document RPA processes and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Assist in the development of RPA governance and best practices. Professional experience in SAP automation, Web automation, and Excel automation is essential. Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language). Experience with Databases (MS SQL, APAC, etc.) often preferred. Experience with development methodologies is preferred. Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility. Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
