Social Sustainability and ESG Advisor

Sustainability and ESG is high on the agenda at LEO Pharma, and you will take the lead on social sustainability related topics including DE&I and human rights, and sustainability communication efforts and have a broad interaction towards the rest of the organisation and external stakeholders. “Becoming part of our team you will get to experience great team spirit, passionate people and high focus on support and sparring. Together, we are dedicated to creating a more inclusive and sustainable future while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.”  - Says hiring manager, Lærke Kristensen. The role is a temporary role for 8 months as a maternity cover for one of the team members.  Your RoleYou will have a key role in driving and implementing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, activities focussing on social sustainability, human rights and communication efforts. Giving you following responsibility:  Identifying social issues and challenges relevant to LEO Pharma and developing initiatives to address them, with a specific focus on DE&I.Designing and implementing programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.Monitoring and measuring the outcomes of social initiatives and providing guidance and training to employees on sustainability-related topics.Supporting external sustainability reporting commitments and requests from the organization.Managing external and internal partnerships to drive collaborative social initiatives.Communication towards the organisation drafting written materials and contribute to the development of the “Sustainability Statement” in our annual report.Ad hoc support to our communications department in peak times, especially on internal communication and engagement initiatives. This role will give you a great deal of interaction and collaborate with colleagues from various departments when implementing programs, monitoring outcomes and gathering information to drive sustainability communication efforts. Your QualificationsWe are looking for you who will thrive in a role with a high degree of exposure and possesses a facilitating approach for working with change management. In this position it will be vital that you master communication both written and spoken and can interact with various people at all levels.  Your background:  A university degree related to sustainability, communication etc. Possessing some years of hands-on experience working with sustainability and/or communications corporate affairs.Experience with facilitating projects and drive implementations.Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written. We offer a position with great impact, an opportunity to put social sustainability even higher on the agenda and get exposure to strategic relevant people as part of contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable future.  Shape the LEO Pharma of tomorrow.
