Team Red Dog is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support our client in building a knowledge management system leveraging AI and human curation to enhance UX research and product decision-making. This role will focus on remediating existing service issues, implementing security hardening, providing technical support, and developing feature enhancements. • .NET & Azure Development (2+ years): Experience in building and supporting large-scale applications.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Reproduce and remediate reported user issues by developing, testing, and deploying bug fixes across front-end and back-end services.
• Implement and deploy security hardening for .NET & Azure services based on provided specifications.
• Provide technical support to users and coordinate with the customer service PM to resolve reported issues.
• Develop, test, and deploy feature enhancements in collaboration with Product Managers and UX teams.

The Expertise You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience in large systems software development and support, ideally in .NET, Azure, and React.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience, including debugging new and legacy production systems.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration with Azure services.
