Software Engineer

Airswift is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Trading Systems) to work in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with one of our clients.

Strong knowledge of Rust/C++, in trading or investment companies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Trading Systems, you will play a key role in enhancing the functionality and performance of our current infrastructure. Collaborating with a highly skilled team, you will develop, deploy, and support real-time systems that operate with microsecond precision. Your expertise in building robust and scalable code will contribute directly to the company’s critical business operations. You will also be instrumental in ensuring system stability, fault tolerance, and high throughput, while maintaining low latency and recoverability.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced English;

• Rust/C++ or a systems experience in an exchange/trading systems environment;
  
  •  building real time Linux systems.
  
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and continuous integration tools;
  
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP socket programming;
  
  • Contributing, or leading diverse projects on large complex software systems;
  
  • Low latency/lock-free data structures and design;
  
  • Multithreading and concurrency experience.
