Software Engineer (Hybrid, Metro Atlanta, GA)

We are committed to leveraging our technology to streamline access to capital and provide valuable self-service capabilities. Our Technology team develops and manages the infrastructure and applications to support the entire customer lifecycle. As we embark on additional growth initiatives, we are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Software Engineer to bring our enhancements to market.
This non-supervisory role will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust system architectures, building scalable web applications, and ensuring seamless integration of backend and frontend technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable system architecture on Cloud Infrastructure
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions, including front-end interfaces and back-end services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Develop and maintain high-quality code with a focus on optimizing performance, ensuring security, preserving data integrity, and enabling scalability
- Implement and manage cloud solutions, including storage, compute, and networking like S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and others.
- Implement and maintain CI-CD pipelines for efficient and automated deployments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high quality solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience and certifications)
- 2+ years of experience with Angular or Java Script, or HTML or PHP
- 2+ years of experience with Python
- 2+ years of experience with MySQL, MariaDB or similar
- 1+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools like Jira, Confluence or others
- Knowledge working with CI/CD technologies including GitHub or equivalent.
- Must have: combination of back-end and front-end software development experience
- Experience working in AGILE is required.
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience and knowledge working with AWS Cloud Architecture and Services.
- Pro-active, Self-driven, able to work independently and drive for results

- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in the designated office two days each week.
