Cubiq Recruitment are working in partnership with a young and exciting company in London who are looking for a Software Engineer to join their small and growing team. 



The company in question are pioneering the development of cutting-edge drones to be used for various application and across industries and differing end clients. Having already developed two initial UAV models, they're looking to expand their capability across engineering and are growing their R&D team accordingly. 



In your position as Software Engineer, you will be tasked with developing software solutions which will for flight control, as well as integrating various sub-systems and sensors and working closely with the hardware team. 



In addition to a formal qualification within Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics or a similar technical discipline, you will be able to demonstrate the following:



Experience with C/C++ programming

Knowledge of PID control loops

Prior experience of working on autonomous and/or unmanned vehicles

A passion for working on drones, UAVs, and avionic systems
