Our department is dedicated to the creation of innovative digital products, spanning digital element design, digital building experiences, workflow management and digital content distribution. We operate at the intersection of innovation, creativity, and technology, committed to delivering solutions that drive excellence across different domains in the LEGO Group.Do you have what it takes?Experience in Digital Asset Creation and ManagementProfessional experience in software development and a deep understanding of technologyCommercial experience in leading software engineers.Proven track record in driving complex software development and deployment programs across organizational boundaries with an agile operating modelHands-on experience in leading and defining modern software solution architectures using modern architecture design patterns and technologiesDemonstrable ability to influence peers and influencing partners proactivelyProven track record in developing engineers to growthNice to have experience with:At least one modern programming language, like C#, Typescript, etcProficient in technology stacks and architectural patterns like event driven architectures and microservicesDomain driven designLeading product teams in developing and operating cloud based software solutionsVendor management, RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes#LI-KM3What’s in it for you?
