Our client is a multinational E-commerce firm seeking an experienced Software Engineering Lead to assist with the Development of cloud-based architecture and team developmentResponsibilities:Supervise Cloud-based Architecture for the E-commerce marketplaceReport on the performance and suggest solutions necessary on software managementConstruct a comprehensive software engineering team capable in reaching goalsLiaise between China and international teams as the main point of contactConstantly maintain a high level of system reliability and software performanceRequirements:8+ Years of experience in Software development, preferably in E-commerce fieldsPrior employment with Leading Chinese E-commerce firms such as Tmall, JD.COM, Alibaba, etc.Strong leadership experiences in driving engineering teams toward company goalsConcise and clear communication skills with managing multilingual teamsExperience in AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and other Cloud-based architectureMastery of SQL, Nodejs, React, Ruby, Machine Learning, and AINative Mandarin and fluent command of English
