Software Engineering Manager for a Data-orientated SaaS business.



Hybrid in Bristol



Up to £100,000 + bonus



An innovative SaaS business specialising in Data Solutions for the Financial Services industry is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join them!



In this role you'll lead a team of 14 people, you'll be someone who is an experienced leader, who loves to inspire and can provide excellent technical leadership and people management.



You'll be from a software development background (Java) and you'll still have excellent technical skills and knowledge. Whilst you'll predominantly be hands-off, you'll be prepared to get stuck in when required.



Key skills:



* Significant experience running multi-disciplinary teams and understanding what it takes to motivate a team



* Ideally, you'll have financial services experience and understand what it takes to deliver mission-critical, high-volume systems.



* Java development background
