What You Will Be Doing Partner with Product Management and Business Development team to develop, lead and execute an appropriate strategy for the next generation of technology across different platforms. Take ownership of overall architecture and key components design for the current and future products. Leadership experience and ability to set direction and develop the team. Design, develop, implement and test products using C++ in Windows, macOS and Linux environment. Review design specification / coding. Implement feature with unit testing and functionality testing. Research feasibility of implementations as a proof of concept. Coach engineers by best practices and help them grow. What We Need From You Solid programming skills in C++, with more than 5 years of experience. Solid background and proven experience in Object-oriented programming and system design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling). Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be self-motivated and have a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Know what you do not know. It Would Be Nice If You Had Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related major. Experience building SDKs and/or REST APIs. Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team. Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, TeamCity Experience with Agile / Scrum working environment #LI-ONSITE
