Position: Software Solutions Architect – MS DynamicsLocation: Lansing, Michigan - HYBRID 2 days/week onsiteDuration: through 12/30/2025, with the potential to extend Technologies:Extensive experience with MS Dynamics - 3-5 yearsPL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certified – Highly Web Portal - 3-5 yearsPowerApps - 3-5 yearsSalesforce - 3+ yearsAzure DevOps - 5+ yearsArchitect Experience - 3-5 yearsDatabase Architecture Experience - 1-3 yearsInfrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ yearsTechnical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ yearsTroubleshooting skills (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.) - 5 yearsSummary:Provides application development/integration services to the Department of Technology, Management and Budget and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. Responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment. Responsible for providing an advanced technical lead support role for Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM systems. As the system architect, will perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.Key Technical Skills:

• Dynamics 365 Customer Service, specifically case management
• Knowledge of Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Experience in software development lifecycle for Dynamics 365 and power platform implementations
• Agile Implementation Experience and Experience working with Azure DevOps Backlogs.
