Responsibilities Include:
● Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
● Responsible for leading the teams in achieving sales revenue goals, project deadlines,
and overall customer satisfaction.
● Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company.
● Lead and support staff by coaching and elevating performance standards of
employees through goal setting and accountability.
● Evaluate the capability and results ensuring that personnel meet quality
workmanship standards and expectations.
● Oversee assignment of individuals' daily schedules.
● Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure
employee morale and productivity
● Delegate responsibility and maintain follow up for assessment of results
● Promote, support and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment
● Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of management experience
● Excellent computer skills
● Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution
skills
● Time and project management skills
