Solar Installer / Roof Lead (Retro Solar)

Responsibilities: 

·         Pull inventory for each job. 

·         Pre-assemble job material. 

·         Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware. 

·         Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment. 

·         Communicate and document job completion. 

·         Make sure the jobsite is cleaned up nightly and at the end of the project. 

·         Additional duties required as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: 1-2 years of solar installation experience but not required. Candidates with construction, roofing, or electrical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in solar or electrical systems are a plus. 

• Licensing: Electrical Trainee Card or willingness to obtain it is a plus. 

• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work at heights, and proficiency in the use of hand and power tools. 

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. 

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
