At Guarantee Electrical Company, we love providing students with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience through our program. We are currently seeking a Solar Sales to join our St. Louis, MO, energy solutions team and provide direct support to our Business Development Manager and project managers. As an , you will have a wide range of responsibilities, from generating leads and solar design to assisting in client sales meetings, as defined in the primary job duties section below.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development, using social selling and sales enablement tools to generate leads through email, cold calling, and site visits to build a pipeline of solar leads.
- Build solar layouts using solar system design software.
- Develop solar proposals to offer local and incentives.
- Research for new partner channel opportunities
- Works with project managers to help in the administrative aspect of solar installation.
- Provide support to project managers, field personnel, estimators, and customers.
- Organize client data to add to Business Development efforts.
- Helped set up and work outreach events.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High level of organization.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Must work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
- Can speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
Education:
- Must be a current student pursuing a degree.
