Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through referrals, cold calls, and networking.
- Assess customers' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Deliver presentations to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products.
- Prepare detailed quotes and proposals, outlining costs, savings projections, and financing options.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, providing excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with industry trends, incentives, and regulations related to solar energy.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with installation and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Proven successful sales experience, preferably in solar energy or related industries.
- Strong understanding of solar panel technology and energy efficiency.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales and CRM software, and basic computer skills.
- Relevant sales training or certifications is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required for travel to customer sites.
