What You’ll Do:

  • Your daily tasks will depend on your experience, but you'll be focused on qualifying customers and closing contracts through in-home sales presentations.
  • Green Power Network generates all the leads for you and manages all projects, so you can focus solely on selling and delivering great customer experiences.
  • Represent Green Power Network professionally and help spread the word about solar power and battery storage in your community.
  • Ensure every customer has a top-notch experience from start to finish.
  • Take advantage of ongoing training to continuously improve your sales and customer service skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in direct sales is a plus, especially in fields like solar, pest control, TV, mortgages, or home automation/security systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
  • A solid work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the best customer experience.
  • Experience working with commission-based pay is helpful.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical skills is a plus.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of the fast-growing solar industry.
  • A knack for building lasting relationships with customers.
