What You’ll Do:
- Your daily tasks will depend on your experience, but you'll be focused on qualifying customers and closing contracts through in-home sales presentations.
- Green Power Network generates all the leads for you and manages all projects, so you can focus solely on selling and delivering great customer experiences.
- Represent Green Power Network professionally and help spread the word about solar power and battery storage in your community.
- Ensure every customer has a top-notch experience from start to finish.
- Take advantage of ongoing training to continuously improve your sales and customer service skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in direct sales is a plus, especially in fields like solar, pest control, TV, mortgages, or home automation/security systems.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
- A solid work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the best customer experience.
- Experience working with commission-based pay is helpful.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical skills is a plus.
- A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of the fast-growing solar industry.
- A knack for building lasting relationships with customers.
