Our focus and core expertise is New Construction. We serve , regional and local homebuilders, real estate developers, and general contractors, providing long-lasting roofing, solar, and home battery storage solutions for single-family homes, multifamily dwellings, and selected commercial buildings. 

We leverage that expertise to also provide New Construction-grade roofing, solar, and home battery storage solutions to existing homeowners. 

In all cases, reliable execution and customer service are at the heart of our operations. 

 Responsibilities: 

·         Set appointments for service calls, monitoring, troubleshooting, commissioning appointments for Customers.  

·         Manage the calendar and ensure all critical information regarding appointments is properly recorded, communicated, and logistics. 

·         Review the calendar to ensure all appointments are completed or rescheduled if necessary. 

·         Manage all activities and communication related to scheduling in the CRM. 

 Qualifications: 

·         Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) 

·         1-3 years of previous experience in solar and/or general construction . 

·         Detail oriented, organized, able to multitask, able to conduct themselves professionally in a high functioning department with rapidly changing priorities, self-motivated, able to learn quickly and work well in a team environment. 

·         Exceptional Customer Service, Communication, and Phone skills required. 

·         Strong computer skills 

·         Scheduling Background .
