Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for renewable energy? Do you have the skills to close deals and the drive to succeed? Suntria, a leading solar energy provider, is expanding its team and looking for experienced Solar Sales Closers and Setters to join us!

As part of our sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the solar industry while earning competitive commissions. We are looking for goal-driven individuals who can both set appointments and close sales with homeowners.

Responsibilities:

Setters:

- Generate leads and schedule appointments for closers by contacting potential clients.

- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.

- Maintain strong communication with the sales team to ensure appointments are followed through.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Closers:

- Meet with potential customers in person to provide detailed solar consultations.

- Customize solar energy solutions based on client needs.

- Close deals with homeowners by overcoming objections and demonstrating value.

- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales (solar sales experience is a plus).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

- Tech-savvy (CRM experience ).
