Join Our Team as an Solution Architect at Capgemini Engineering!

Are you an experienced Solution Architect with a passion for digital engineering and manufacturing? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your strategic vision can drive technological innovation? If so, Capgemini Engineering wants you.



* Support the deployment of Siemens NX and Capital software to meet business requirements.



* Lead the implementation of Siemens NX and Capital, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.



* Configure Siemens NX and Capital to optimize performance and functionality.



* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for transformation using Siemens NX and Capital.



* Develop strategies to enhance product development processes and improve overall efficiency.



* Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Siemens NX and Capital.



* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective communication.



* Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the transformation process.



* Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on Siemens NX and Capital solutions.



* Ensure that solutions meet the highest quality standards and performance criteria.



* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement

* Strong understanding of PLM concepts, tools, and best practices. (NX, Teamcenter, Capital)



* Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.



* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Your skills and experience



ESSENTIAL



* Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on PLM systems and business transformation.



* Strong understanding of PLM concepts, tools, and best practices.



* Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.



* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.



* Experience with Agile and SAFe project methodologies.



* Defence contract: SC or higher security (currently holding or eligible)



* Defence contract: Must Hold a UK Passport, cannot be Dual



DESIRABLE



* Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.



* Certification in TOGAF, PMP, or similar frameworks.



* Proficiency with PLM software (ideally Siemens tools such as Teamcenter, NX, Capital)



* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholde



Security clearance



To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. ​



To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.​



Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and .​
