NetSPI is looking for an entrepreneurial Solutions Architect to serve our prestigious clients; a person that will hold a key leadership role to generate new business, create impacts and grow existing business, develop and maintain strong client and account team relationships, and support a dynamic team. Working in close partnership with clients, the sales team, and internal stakeholders, the Solutions Architect will craft solutions that help clients solve their vulnerability management problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers, sales team and consulting practice leadership to understand customer requirements and scope solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintain strong client relationships and expand our contacts within the client organization
  • Identify, act on and support new business opportunities in collaboration with the account team
  • Scope and price security testing and vulnerability management solutions
  • Participate in SOW negotiation
  • Participate in and lead portions of the technology POC process
  • Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and exceed client satisfaction
  • Lead, participate in, and contribute to market and business development activities external to the company; including identifying and pursuing new potential client service opportunities
  • Provide key contributions in thought leadership efforts through writing and speaking engagements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Background in penetration testing (experience conducting penetration testing and/or selling penetration testing) is required
  • Proven experience growing accounts through exceptional service and partnership
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both customers and internal teams
