Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled full time onsite Space Planner to join our dynamic team at West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project coordination within the architectural design field and be adept at managing space requirements for organizational needs.

Education:

• Associate’s degree or graduate of an accredited Technical School.
• Educational requirement may be substituted by 5 years of directly related experience.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project coordination, preferably in the architectural design field.
• Proficiency in CADD and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in document control and management.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting interviews and preparing advice regarding functional adjacencies.
• Aid users in making informed decisions about space needs.
• Evaluate the compatibility of existing space with organizational needs and define new space requirements when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary range $80-$90K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
