Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system. Educate customers on the use of our products and services, promoting best practices. Collaborate with various teams to communicate customer insights and drive product improvements. Conduct follow-ups with clients to verify issue resolution and enhance their experience. Stay updated with new product features and industry trends to provide informed support. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in technical support or a similar advisory role is highly desirable. Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure. Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Experience with CRM tools and technical support software is advantageous. Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
