SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Specialist Consultant in Physical and Rehabilitation. As a Specialist Consultant in Physical and Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional medical care and rehabilitation services to patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or conditions that require specialized treatment. In this role, you will use your expertise in physical and rehabilitation medicine to assess patients, provide accurate diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated and comprehensive care, focusing on functional improvement, pain management, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments of patients' medical history, physical impairments, and functional limitations Order and analyze relevant diagnostic tests and imaging studies Diagnose and treat a wide range of physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions Create individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' specific needs and goals Prescribe and oversee the implementation of medications, therapies, and interventions Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patients' progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care Provide consultations and second opinions to other healthcare professionals Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in the field of physical and rehabilitation medicine Requirements Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Consultant in Physical and Rehabilitation Completion of residency training in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Board certification or eligibility in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions requiring rehabilitation Comprehensive knowledge of physical and rehabilitation medicine principles, practices, and treatment modalities Proficient in interpreting relevant diagnostic tests and imaging studies Strong clinical judgment and excellent decision-making skills Superior communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Detail-oriented mindset and exceptional time management skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field Benefits Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Annual Paid Leave Annual Flight Tickets Accommodation
