Specialist Operation Material Planning and Controlling

Responsible for ensuring materials meet specifications, maintaining consistent material supply, and managing end-to-end supply chain activities with a focus on quality and resilience. Good knowledge in SAP and KPI tracking are essential. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.In your new role you will:Responsible for ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for productionOwnership through collaboration with production operations, planning and category management.Manage end to end supply chain activities to optimize inventory levels and avoid material shortages. Prioritize quality control and build strong relationship with all relevant while adhering to company’s policies and procedures.Maintain supply resilience and recovery management, identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize the impact to operations. This involves working with cross-functional teams to assess the risks and impact of various events.Good Knowledge in SAP and manage to review Material Requirements Plan(MRP), and/or action messages to initiate supply chain requirements with focus being short to medium term (1 to 6 months)Monitor and track KPI performance related to cost, delivery, and quality. Utilize company system to generate data analysis to identify areas for improvement. Work with stakeholders to develop action plans to achieve targets, monitor progress and drive.Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.Take follow up action in relation to material shortage that affect production.Monitor and analysis inventory level against target level.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, and Industrial t or Engineering is preferable. inventory management, or a related field preferred that good understanding of supply chain process.1-3 years of working experience material planning in electronics industry is advantage.Work well under pressure and ability to work independently.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven and decision-making.Result oriented, initiative, and proactive working manner.Proactive, hardworking, energetic, service mind, friendly, positive thinking, and fast learnerStrong in Computer literacy MS-office (Especially excel, power point)and material management system.Good leadership, high self-motivation.Proactive, hardworking, energetic, service mind, friendly, positive thinking, and fast learner
