Specialist Operation Planning and Controlling

Responsible for reviewing and optimizing bottleneck utilization, evaluating capacity, managing change requests and promises, and expediting delivery operations. Additionally, interfacing with various departments for communication, support, and delivery performance follow-up. "Fresh Graduates Are Welcome"In your new role you will:Weekly moving bottleneck utilization and optimization review and new products updating for next 26 weeks.Evaluate capacity utilization & batch loading.Perform change of request and change of promise, trigger points, approval, execution.Manage Die bank and WIPS (, WIP level, Cycle time) on the shopfloor.Generate monthly loading plan based on structure with Production team& RP.Expedite operations on delivery fulfilment and analyze factory performance.Interface to SCP (division), PLC, RP and IE on communication, delivery and support.Follow up on delivery performance and provide a catch-up plan for urgent or critical matters.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor’s degree in related fields, Business Administration inLogistic & Supply Chain, Industrial Engineer is preferable.0-2 years of working experience production planning in electronics industry is advantage.Strong in analytical skill.Strong in Computer literacy MS-office (Especially excel, power point).Proactive, hardworking, energetic, service mind, friendly, positive thinking and fast learner.Good command in English (Speak, Read, Write).Good leadership, high self-motivation and problem solving skills.
