Specialist Planning amp Cost Engineer - Penspen

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university Minimum 15 years experience of planning in the oil & gas industry including PMC experience. Experience within FEED & EPC experience. Experience in large offshore major projects Minimum 5 years experience in Offshore projects. Proficient in the use of Primavera P6. Experience with Project Scheduling and Cost Control Good analytical verbal and written communication skills to accurately document report and present findings Responsibilities : Assess Business Plans for execution Develop strategies and preparation of Operating Budget Review and comment on the cost estimates prepared by PMC / Contractors during Conceptual / FEED / EPC phases Liaise with the Project Control Engineers of the PMT manage a team of planning engineers from the Consultants and Contractors providing them with technical and leadership skills. Reviews And implement Cost Estimation Budgeting Cost Monitoring & Control Forecasting and Reporting requirements for execution of Major Projects establishing strategies and priorities Strong foreseeability to identify the potential risks/conflicts and document them.
