YOUR ROLE Support AEI T&D KAMs. Collaborate with commercial team to align AE activities with business strategy. Ensure that all prioritized ACE projects which require AE obtain best in class support. YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU Drive T&D, ACE project, ensure sufficient and powerful technical support for T&D customers, continually improve project success rate. Drive T&D innovation/ADP project, develop best-in-class lab testing and application capability, leverage capability and know-how from other regions, other SBUs and suppliers. Provides high level support for T&D KAs with innovation, solution delivery, value quantification, visit top T&D customers and join public seminars, collect latest customer and market requirement, support Marketing and BDM to develop Henkel strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with regional and global T&D AE and PD, leverage best practice cross regions, deep-dive major challenges in solar technology development. Collaborate with key stakeholders, Sales, PD, BDM, Market etc. Live up to Henkel leadership commitment, develop a high performance AE team in China. YOUR SKILLS 2+ years of experience. Adhesive and thermal material knowledge. Decision-making on resource allocation/people development/test capability/technical decision. Co-operation with different function. Team management.
