Our customers use our tools to push the boundaries of technology and physics to deliver better products in the increasingly complex world of chip, board, and system design.We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused engineer to be both the technical driver of pre-sales customer engagements and providerof post-sales technical assistance for our Tessent Embedded Analytics products.The successful candidate will work closelywith the sales team to help identify and understand customers’ technical needs& challenges, provide technical presentations and demonstrations as well assupporting product evaluations. The role enables the development of closerelationships with customers through post-sales support and program managementand requires regular interaction with the internal product management team to influenceproduct development and evolution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Account Managers to determinesales execution strategy based on customers’ technical requirementsProvide technical presentationsand demonstrations to convey the benefits and solutions addressed by thetechnology to prospective customersDrive technical customer engagements,including creating, supporting and winning of evaluations leading to businesswinProvide technical leadership andprogram management for assigned accountsProvide technical support tocustomers in both pre-sales and post-sales situations including technicalproblem resolution and trainingDevelop close relationshipswith customers through as many levels as possible, to be able to assess theirtechnical and business requirementsWork with the Product Managementteam to articulate your customers’ technical needs and requirementsOther reasonable actions asrequired by management or leadershipJob QualificationsBS degree (or equivalent) inElectrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field3+ years of experience as anApplications Engineer or related field5+ years of experience ofdigital IC/FPGA design from RTL to gate-level (Verilog/VHDL)Good understanding of SoC architecturesand methodologiesEffective presentation skillsGreat communication skills,both written and verbalAbility to communicate at alllevels, both internally and with the customerSelf-starter with initiativeand capable of managing their own workGood organizational skills andability to work on multiple concurrent tasksGood problem solving skillsPreferred Skills (not mandatory) : Python coding, Experience with debuggingembedded software with, Experience in (andunderstanding of) verification techniques and methodologies, Knowledge of modern CPU architectures, Familiarity with the salescycle#LI-EDA#LI-Hybrid
