Trilogy Engineering Services has an immediate need of a senior civil engineer to join our outstanding team of engineering professionals. We are looking for a civil engineer with well-rounded experience, knowledgeable in drainage (e.g. municipalities), and a vast understanding in water/wastewater treatment plants and or roadways. Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Civil, or Environmental Engineering.
· 10+ years of experience
· Professional Engineer registration in Texas is a must
· Experience developing and or overseeing engineering deliverables such as engineering reports, design drawings, technical specifications, and other detailed engineering deliverables.
· Knowledge of local codes, development processes, and utility regulations.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience managing water and/or wastewater pumping, treatment and conveyance projects Experience working with clients in both the public and private sectors
· Knowledgeable with Civil 3D software and proficient in MS Office
· Ability to identify work priorities and function with very little supervision
· Capable of independent and teamwork environments
· Must possess a strong detail-oriented work style and an accommodating and proactive attitude
Requirements
· Responsibilities could include managing subcontractors and monitoring project cost and schedule performance.
· Participate in functions involving contact with client representative.
· Work/coordinate with project team personnel.
· Assist in and potentially lead efforts in preparing work plans, subcontract specifications, feasibility studies, long-term monitoring reports; AutoCAD designs plans; O&M plans, and cost estimates.
· Assist in and potentially lead proposal preparation efforts.
· Potential to participate in technical and sales presentations to clients.
· This position will have field and non-field related responsibilities.
