Position Hiring: Senior Construction Administrator - DSA, K-12 (Architecture)
Location: Sacramento, CA - Hybrid / On-Site
Shape the Future of Built Environments & Future : We are looking for an On-Site Senior Construction Administrator to play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction phase of impactful projects. Your Role: Embedded on-site in the construction trailer, you will serve as the key liaison between design teams, contractors, and clientsensuring smooth communication, problem-solving on the fly, and keeping projects aligned with specifications and expectations. From reviewing submittals to coordinating with government agencies, your expertise will help bridge the gap between vision and reality.
What Youll Do:
- Act as the on-site representative, ensuring construction aligns with design intent, contract documents, and industry best practices.
- Project Focus: Education - DSA/K-12
- Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and field reports, maintaining meticulous documentation for project accuracy.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants, fostering positive relationships and clear communication.
- Oversee compliance with codes, regulations, and DSA requirements, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Lead quality control efforts, ensuring project execution meets expectations while identifying opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and ensuring smooth project administration.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in architecture or construction administration.
- Background in K-12 education projects (DSA experience required), with LAUSD experience .
- Strong technical knowledge, including familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and contract administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to challenges on active job sites.
- Licensure as an architect is , but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $120-165,000/year (DOE)
