Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced plant controls and automation systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for control systems.
• Develop and specify robust control system architectures, upholding high standards for efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate effectively with third-party engineering partners to meet project objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years in controls and automation engineering within industries such as food, chemical, or related sectors.
• Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming and advanced HMI development, including platforms like Wonderware.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts, particularly Archestra.
• Extensive experience in designing process control panels and user interface specifications.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments and CIP cleaning systems.
• Expertise in Wonderware MES, .NET programming, SQL databases, and Ethernet/IP communication.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong desire to collaborate and innovate within a team setting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, with travel not exceeding 25%.
• Authorization to work in the US; US Citizenship or Green Card required. No sponsorship available.
