At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.Working with product engineers, customer support, and R&D to determine training requirementsCreating and updating training lectures, labs, exams, and demos aligned with software releases and with high levels of qualityDesigning and developing lectures, labs, and demos that are deployed online and, in the classroom,Delivering courses for a classroom or virtual settingCreating narrated online videos educating customers on how to use tools, languages, and methodologiesSupporting online training customers when there are questions related to lectures and labsSupporting instructors who are preparing to teach your coursesThe ideal candidate:Excels at multitaskingEnjoys a mixture of activities – authoring content, learning new tools and methodologies, “being the expert,” interacting with customers, and working with highly competent and experienced engineersGiven clear goals, is capable of working independently to accomplish such goalsHas strong written and verbal English communication skillsHas experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.Is detail oriented, organized, enjoys a challenge and learning new toolsA BSEE or MSEE3-5 years of experience in using digital physical design implementation toolsUnderstanding of synthesis, floorplanning, clock tree synthesis, static timing analysis, and the place and route flowExperience in Genus Synthesis Solution and Innovus Implementation System a plusWe’re doing work that matters.
