Job Description

•As a Facilities Gas and Chemical Engineer, you have to follow step or entire projects contributing to the execution, completion and commissioning of it.•As well as a project your position may require even ability to understand System optimization, aging issues or robustness implementation ensuring scheduling, looking at overall performance achievement and offering coaching to the team and feedback to manager.•Clear communication, troubleshooting and team working has significant impact to the overall success of your activity which is usually limited to your department.•Your contribution to identify opportunities for improved safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and efficiency versus cost saving is also important and expected.

Responsibilities and Tasks

•Team Work•Contribute on working interaction with Fab. Operation groups•Contribute to build up successful Gas Chemical Team working with peers and manager to develop common understanding vision•Gas & Chemical System - Project Understanding and Execution•Understand scope of the projects as well as constrains, specification and key parameters•Contribute to the scope of work definition•Contribute to the planning scheduling•Know, follow and promote all procedure in terms of safety and security•Check specification and follow commissioning phase•Knows systems under responsibility and understand interactions between facilities correlated with•Promote and plan upgrade needed to ensure system operation uptime (aging, robustness…)•Check and update documentation and procedure ensuring alignment with safety and security procedures•Monitor and communicate regularly to the team and to Fab users any abnormalities observed on the systems•Use statistical methods to organize, calculate, and display data accurately•Establish regular area walks to identify opportunities for improved safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and efficiency•Gas & Chemical System - Failure Analysis•Check and contribute to monitor Key Parameters and record them according adequate metric•Promote area-specific procedures and documentation•Utilize metrics to evaluate current and past performance and record them to be used by al the team•Promote interdisciplinary meeting to root-cause understanding•Demonstrate the ability to schedule and facilitate execution dedicated test and analysis•Establish regular area walks to identify opportunities for improved safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and efficiency•Be updated on process requirement according semiconductor roadmap•Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations•Demonstrate awareness of local permit policies, codes, and regulations•Be an active participant in the EHSS program by reporting all EHSS-related concerns or problems immediately to the appropriate individual (ERT, Supervision, etc.)•Be proactive in reducing incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards or environmental releases

•Be proactive in control costs associated with projects assigned•Promote cost reduction projects related with your area.
