Anderson Air Conditioning & Heating, a leading provider of HVAC services for over 37 years, specializing in [residential/commercial] heating(gas furnaces and heat pumps), cooling, ventilation/ IAQ solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team and help deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, dehumidifiers, humidifiers and

electronic zoning systems.

• Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and on-the-job training.

• Perform system installations, startups, and commissioning per industry standards.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system inefficiencies.

• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers.

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

• We fully utilize the most up to date technologies in every aspect of the job. Must be able to adapt and move passed the “old

way” of doing things. i e iPads, smart probes, diagnostic programs, Bluetooth measurement devices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, repair, and installation.

• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal required).

• Strong troubleshooting skills with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.

• Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
