Job Responsibilities : .Lead and supervisea team of maintenance managers, engineers, technicians and contractors. Ensuremaintenance procedures are implemented and followed as per statutory andcompany requirementAnalyse andevaluate engineering and design changes, process enhancement and modificationsto advise on the engineering impact of these changes, determine operability andensure appropriate maintenance procedures can be applied Apart from routine dayto day maintenance to all plant assets and maintain records/history sheets.Review P&ID#s and participate in HAZOP & HAZID workshops, conduct PSSR,RCA for failures. Ensure all thespare parts, tools needed for planned and emergency maintenance are orderedthrough purchase requisition.Trackingfor timely receipt ofspares and Ensuretimely preparation of GRN and service entries so as to release timely paymentsof vendors and contractorsPreparation assistance in Equipment procurement /Process design change as per requirement of MOC, Failure analysisrecommendations or Audit recommendations.Coordinate withvendor and OEM for smooth support and services Work with otheroperation, drilling, LAQ and security team and showing strong sense of teaminvolvement, information sharing and mutual support.Ensure learning anddevelopment, capability building of his team Education Requirement : Graduate engineer Experience Requirement : Minimum 12 - 15 years of relevant experience Oil & gas industry, Refinary Skills & Competencies : Should haveknowledge of API,ASTM and OISD standards applicable to Oil and gas industry.Possessexcellent analytical and leadership skills, excellent written and verbalcommunication skills and technical report writing capabilities. Possess anexcellent knowledge of industry codes and practices, applicable legislation andinternational standards. .
