Senior Photovoltaic Engineer—On-Site Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Photovoltaic Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of large-scale solar PV projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on-site, overseeing projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on renewable energy.

• Professional certification in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems is highly desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale solar PV projects.

• Proven track record in overseeing projects exceeding 500 MW from start to finish.

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solar PV systems, including site assessments, system layouts, and electrical designs.

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV projects, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.

• Conduct energy yield simulations and financial modeling to optimize system efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Perform regular inspections and testing to maintain system efficiency and safety.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.

• Prepare and review technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and industry standards and safety protocols.

• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to support team development.
