Our client in Fairfield, NJ is looking for a Sr. Quality Engineer | CMM/Vision Programmer for a Full time Direct Hire position.

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Quality Engineer | CMM/Vision Programmer will be responsible for the collection of data for first piece, in-process inspection, and/or tooling debug – tooling component measurement to drive process and continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance in a tight tolerance industry with an automotive and medical customer base.
• Must be proficient in blueprint interpretation, geometric tolerance and statistics.
• A two-year college degree (AS) or equivalent required.
• Knowledgeable ISO 9000, ISO TS 16949 Automotive, ISO 13485 Medical and other customer specific requirements.
• Requires working knowledge of various types of measuring equipment and data collection systems, specifically Vision Systems and CMM.
• First piece, in process and final inspection of the more difficult production tooling on an as needed basis
