Senior Validation Manager We’re seeking an experienced Senior Validation Manager to lead and expand a team focused on the validation, characterisation, and firmware/software development of our client products. In this pivotal role, you'll drive revolutionary planning, coordination, mixed-signal characterisation, systems and algorithms development, and the prototyping of new testing methods. Key Responsibilities as the Senior Validation Manager: Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of engineers. Develop hardware, software, and firmware for automated characterisation and calibration processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across various locations. Manage and oversee complex projects across multiple sites. Design and execute comprehensive verification and characterisation plans. Prototype new technologies and system architectures through experimental design. Conduct engineering failure analyses to determine root causes of product issues. Requirements: Education: MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 8+ years in mixed-signal, MEMS, and/or sensor device development. Leadership: 5+ years in engineering team leadership. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mixed-signal circuits and hands-on experience with electronic lab instruments. Programming Skills: Proficiency in MATLAB scripting and familiarity with circuit characterisation, debugging, and automated testing. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
