Positions: Tax Manager & Tax Senior Manager

Locations: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid Schedule

Job Duties - What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage tax engagements across multiple industries, providing strategic insights and advisory to clients ranging from small businesses to major corporations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring compliance and proactive tax planning for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws, leveraging your expertise to provide clients with informed, strategic tax solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services to support clients financial goals.

Qualifications - What Youll Bring:

• CPA license is required with a minimum of 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting.
• Proven expertise in individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, with a client-focused approach to service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset, ready to navigate complex tax challenges and make a tangible impact.

Full Package - Highly Competitive/:

• $165-200,000/year salary (SR. Tax Manager)
• $125-150,000/year salary (Tax Manager)
• Bi-Annual Bonuses - Highly lucrative
