Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions - Serves as the expert, oversees and completes (when required) the installation, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and performing maintenance on the facility computer room's electrical, electrical equipment such as UPS systems, batteries, generators, PDU's, RDC's and electrical panels for multiple sites for all other Electrical & HVAC Technicians. Serves as the expert, oversees as well as completes (when required) the installation, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and performing maintenance on the facility computer room's HVAC and environmental control equipment such as Liebert CRAC's, RTU's, Chillers, heat pumps, water towers, chemicals and condensers for multiple sites for all other Electrical & HVAC Technicians. Oversees and serves as the expert in the department for installing, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and performing maintenance on the facility computer room's fire control and alarm systems such as Halon, CO2, pre-action, sprinkler, fire extinguisher and back flow systems for multiple sites. Installing, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and performing maintenance on the facility general equipment such as kitchen equipment, oven, fryers, coolers, freezers, ice machines, water heaters, forklifts, people lifts, pallet jacks, lighting, plumbing equipment, etc. at multiple sites. Serves as the expert and go to person for complex problems, installations and repairs in the department.Coach and train others on the basics of Generators, Transfer Switches, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Systems and Plumbing. Aspects., Demonstrate advanced skills in HVAC, Electricity, Trouble Shooting and repairs. Perform all work under the Bread Financial guidelines of our Technical Services team while following our safety policies and maintaining PSHA standards. - Responsible to fill out and maintain on record, all required documentation per EPA, OSHA, NFPA, SAS70, SSAE, Hazmat, SERP, CEPAC, MSDS etc. that are required for inspections, external and internal audits and certifications at multiple sites. Oversees the process to ensure that all forms and inspections are properly carried out for the team. - Assists the manager and department as needed with equipment budgeting, man hours and equipment expenses within the department. Oversee writing procedures and generate spreadsheets required for change controls and Net Facilities. Adjusts equipment in Trane's Tracer Summit / Tracer ES program and adjust HVAC computer room equipment in Liebert SiteScan software. Uses Word and Excel to generate procedures, MOPS and spreadsheets required. Maintain expenses and monthly purchases within budget at all sites. Train and oversee these processes and help the manager as needed or when absent. Ability to work independently in a team.Responsible for parts inventory and ordering. Responsible to enter change controls through Service Now and Archer and work requests through in Net Facilities programs. Ability to use computer-based programs including Trane Tracer Summit, Liebert SiteScan, Alber and Tridium systems. Utilizes knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to execute daily work.Reports to Manager or Sr. Manager Enterprise Readiness Facility Technical ServicesWorking Conditions/ Physical Requirements Normal working environment is 70/30 split between being in the field working on equipment in the computer rooms, on the roof or general facility and in the office completing documentation, reports, writing procedures, ordering parts and communicating with management. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work outside in sometimes extreme climate conditions, be able to work over head in a manlift or under the computer room floor. Responsible to be on call 24-7 as needed to respond and be on site as needed to take care of issues and complete repairs to keep all facilities and computer rooms operational at all times and to not impact the business.
