ECL has just changed the game with the introduction of the
world's first Hydrogen powered off
grid green data center
with 99.999% uptime. There is massive demand for high-end Data
Centers that can meet the demands that come with AI and Machine Learning requirements.
What was only a futuristic idea that most thought was 10-20 years out is NOW a reality. Our
end-to-end data center platform, modular architecture, is modular with 1MW blocks as a base
block and addressing the needs of even larger data center sites. Imagine the opportunity at
hand to build and deliver a completely Green data center power system in this new era of
Artificial Intelligence disruptive technology advancements.
How would you like to be on the ground floor of such a technological revolution. This is your
chance to become part of something special as we are poised for hyper growth. ECL was
founded by data center veterans from companies including Facebook, Microsoft, LinkedIn,
Cisco, HPE and Bloom Energy.
We are seeking a Sr. Thermal Mechanical Engineering Expert for Electronic Systems to develop
best in class cooling solutions for datacenters
What to Expect?
The role involves design and validation of passive, active air-, and active-liquid cooling solutions
for data centers. In this case it will be for our modular 1MW Data Center Architecture. The
position requires working closely with cross-functional teams as well as external suppliers. A
deep understanding of the fundamentals of fluid flow and heat transfer and the ability to break
down complex engineering problems into simple pieces that can be tackled by fundamentals is
a must. Capability to work independently in designing complex thermodynamics and
mechanical projects from concept to production.
Creative thinking, ability to solve complex and challenging problems, and ability to work
independently are of paramount importance. This position involves working in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment with tight timing and dynamic constraints.
We are seeking a Sr. Thermal Mechanical Engineering Expert

Drive component selection (Chiller, CDU, Fan, Pump, Filter, TIM)
Optimize cooling solutions for all aspects of their performance and reliability
Define thermal policy and control algorithms and characterize system response at different scales
Drive validation and analyze data
Contribute to module- and system-level reliability
Participate in advanced metering system and AI based management platform.
Requirement
Degree in Thermal/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10+ years of industrial experience with evidence of exceptional performance
Strong understanding of fundamentals of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics
Proficiency in numerical simulation of heat and fluid flow
Define thermal policy and control algorithms and characterize system response at different scales
